INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM CHARGES

Some orders may incur customs or import duty, taxes or other charges.  Ellie & Violet does not have control over these charges and is unable to advise what they will be, as they are based on the laws and regulations of the destination country.  All such charges are to be paid by you on delivery of your order.  Orders cannot be returned to sender and Ellie & Violet will not pay these charges on your behalf.  If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Ellie & Violet will not be held responsible for any resulting loss or damage.  For further information, please contact your local customs office.  

REFUNDS AND REPAIRS

The goods offered for sale on this Website are made to your specific order.   No refunds are offered.  In the case of a manufacturing fault, items can be returned for replacement or repair (at our discretion).   In the case of a manufacturing fault we must be contacted within 7 days of your receipt of the item, with the item returned within 14 days (21 days for overseas buyers).  For further information on replacements or repairs please refer to our ‘FAQ’ page. 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ellie & Violet will not be responsible for any faults or sizing issues in the event the item is altered in any way by any person other than Ellie & Violet, whether or not the faults or sizing issues existed before or after the alterations.  Ellie & Violet will not responsible for any faults or defects caused by the customer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

As our goods a made to your specific order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our goods.
